These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Logic Control Systems ("LCS," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, a quote request, or a verbal request, you agree to these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms supplement, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

LCS uses text messaging to communicate with customers who have requested it, for purposes such as quote follow-ups, project or service updates, and appointment confirmations. LCS does not currently use text messaging for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number through our website contact form, a quote request, or a verbal request, and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from LCS related to your inquiry, quote, or service. Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from LCS.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the status of your quote, project, or service request.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and messaging plan. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from LCS at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the information in Section 10 below.

7. Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. LCS is not liable for delays or failures in the receipt of text messages caused by your wireless carrier, your device, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued participation in our text messaging program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
