This includes the PROtector, our in-house industrial power protection product, and all associated names, descriptions, and technical materials.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference in evaluating our services. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. Requests for Quotes, Assessments, and Project Information

Information submitted through our contact forms, quote requests, or free assessment requests is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract, service agreement, or obligation on the part of LCS. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logic Control Systems, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Parker County, Texas, or Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Severability
