Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 27, 2026  —  Last Updated: July 27, 2026
Applies to: www.logiconsys.com

Welcome to the website of Logic Control Systems ("LCS," "we," "us," or "our"), located at www.logiconsys.com ("the Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes to help visitors learn about LCS's industrial automation, controls integration, panel fabrication, and related services, and to request quotes or contact our team.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
  • Scrape, data-mine, or use automated systems to extract content from the Site without our prior written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Site.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Site's normal operation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact, quote request, or assessment form.
  • Use content from the Site to build a competing product or service without our written permission.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the LCS name and branding, service descriptions, case studies, photographs, and the design and layout of the Site itself — is the property of Logic Control Systems or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes the PROtector, our in-house industrial power protection product, and all associated names, descriptions, and technical materials.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference in evaluating our services. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3. Requests for Quotes, Assessments, and Project Information

Information submitted through our contact forms, quote requests, or free assessment requests is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract, service agreement, or obligation on the part of LCS. Any project pricing, scope, or timeline discussed through the Site is preliminary and non-binding until confirmed in a signed proposal, quote, or service agreement.

4. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep information on the Site — including service descriptions, industry examples, case studies, and product specifications — current and accurate. However, the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a formal engineering assessment, site evaluation, or written proposal. Case studies and results described on the Site reflect specific past projects and do not guarantee similar outcomes for other facilities or applications.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or change any content on the Site at any time without notice.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn or industry resources) that are not owned or controlled by LCS. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party sites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. LCS DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LCS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF LCS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, or affects the terms of any separately signed service agreement or contract between LCS and a client, which will govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logic Control Systems, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Parker County, Texas, or Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
